Villa Fifty-Fifty, a family house in Eindhoven's Strikjp-R neighbourhood, was built by with alternating open and closed volumes, where dwelling takes place both inside and outside: a new typology for optimising visual and social connection.

Industrial materials with a range of textures and tones are used to compliment the design. Naturally, glass predominates to blur the boundaries between inside and outside and to provide vistas and clear sightlines.
Each location has its "own atmosphere and light" since some are left open or just partially covered. while others are totally enclosed in glass or opaque walls giving each space a chance to show the mood of the space with the CGI renders.
